All Applied Biosystems Thermal Cyclers come with a standard two-year warranty (1-year standard warranty for Veriti Dx Thermal Cycler). During the two-year warranty period, all costs for shipping, labor, and parts for repairs are covered. Extended warranties, covering additional years, may also be available.
When you purchase your instrument, check with your sales representative to see if an extended warranty package (including both instrument and warranty extension) is available.
Multiplex Dynamic Temperature Verification (MDTV) services are designed to deliver fast, accurate temperature readings of your PCR unit and can be added to any of our service plans.
You can also add instrument hardware qualification services to complement your service plan. These services include instrument qualification (IQ) and operational qualification (OQ) to document and verify that instruments are installed and operating according to manufacturer’s specifications.
