International Chromeleon Software Symposium 2018
Seminar
Oct 15, 2018 - Oct 17, 2018

Welcome

Thermo Fisher Scientific invites you to the International Chromeleon Software Symposium 2018 (ICS 2018).

The lab of the future is materializing. Embracing cloud capabilities, further increase of mass spectrometry (MS) technology as back-end for separations, ongoing regulatory mandates around data integrity and user- and application-centric software access are among the many aspects defining the analytical lab of the future.

At ICS 2018 we’d like to learn from you how you plan to move from today into the future and present Thermo Fisher’s approach to these challenges.

What does ICS 2018 offer?

This symposium on Thermo Scientific Chromeleon software will provide a mix of presentations from customers and Thermo Fisher representatives, round table discussions and educational sessions structured around key streams of cloud and enterprise deployment, integration of MS workflows, regulatory compliance, data security and data integrity, and productivity, as well as informal events to meet with industry experts and Thermo Fisher specialists.

Who should attend?

ICS 2018 is the symposium of choice for laboratory managers and directors, IT professionals, quality and compliance managers, system administrators and other laboratory professionals in (petro)chemical, food safety, environmental and (bio)pharmaceutical markets, looking to exchange information about:

  • Moving towards the lab of the future
  • Implementing cloud infrastructure
  • Managing laboratory workflows
  • Complying with increasing compliance and data integrity requirements
  • Improving laboratory productivity

The information on this page will be continuously updated and online registration will be available around 12 July 2018. If you have any questions, please contact us at ICS2018@thermofisher.com.

We look forward to welcoming you in Nice!

BYG Middleware Solutions

B-Link: The Universal Connector designed for Chromeleon CDS

In laboratories, instrument connection to the LIS is key and must follow the validation and verification phases in the sense of the requirements of ISO 15189. The maintainability of this kind of connection must be under control in case of evolution on the LIS side or the instrument side.

To solve all these issues, BYG developed a universal instrument connector to make Thermo Scientific™ Chromeleon™ CDS easily connectable by using standard protocols such ASTM and soon HL7.

  • B-Link is sonnectable on all LIS

Major Features: Bidirectional connection with LIS; Simple to install, to run and to maintain; automatic constitution of dictionaries; Transparent for users; Traceability of all exchanges with LIS and Instrument; Think BYG !
