The Cascadion Care Team will be providing service and support for the continuity of your clinical testing service. The decision to incorporate the Thermo Scientic™ Cascadion™ SM Clinical Analyzer is the start of the journey. Our team will be there through all of the steps toward a successful installation and continued routine use.
Support for the Cascadion Analyzer is provided by Thermo Fisher Scientific engineers and applications specialists who are part of a dedicated Cascadion Care team based in your regional area. This team is trained to understand the needs and priorities of clinical laboratories and the requirements of implementing a new clinical system.

To ensure a continuous and successful experience with the Cascadion system, we will be offering a full service and support contract. This will cover the comprehensive costs of service and technical support including labor and travel for emergency breakdowns and preventative maintenance as well as all the necessary spare parts to run the Cascadion system for a full year.
