Cascadion Care is Cascadion Service and Support

The Cascadion Care Team will be providing service and support for the continuity of your clinical testing service. The decision to incorporate the Thermo Scientific Cascadion SM Clinical Analyzer is the start of the journey. Our team will be there through all the steps toward a successful installation and continued routine use.

Support for the Cascadion Analyzer is provided by Thermo Fisher Scientific engineers and applications specialists who are part of a dedicated Cascadion Care team based in your regional area. This team is trained to understand the needs and priorities of clinical laboratories and the nuances of implementing a new clinical system.

Comprehensive Installation and Implementation

To understand your needs a full site survey is done before installation and implementation. Upon delivery of a Cascadion Analyzer, a Thermo Fisher Scientific engineer will attend the delivery, unpack and install the Cascadion Analyzer, and set up your Cascadion Assays. Data connectivity to your laboratory information system (LIS) is supported as part of the Cascadion implementation and installation process. All documentation for the qualification of the Cascadion Analyzer and Assays is provided to your laboratory.

Flexible Key Operator Training

Our certified course for Cascadion user training will enable key operators to gain the skills to confidently run, maintain, and troubleshoot the Cascadion Analyzer. As part of the installation we are offering both routine operator training and key operator training.

Convenient Service and Support

To ensure a continuous and successful experience with the Cascadion system, we will be offering  a full service and support contract. This will cover labor and travel for emergency breakdowns and preventative maintenance as well as all the necessary spare parts to run the Cascadion for a full year.

A regional phone hotline is staffed with multilingual Thermo Fisher Scientific representatives.

Remote support

The Cascadion SM Clinical Analyzer is designed to securely connect to the Thermo Fisher Scientific web-based service environment to enable 24/7 proactive monitoring of your System. To minimize downtime, the Cascadion Analyzer has predictive fault-finding using only Cascadion Analyzer parameters to identify and notify our service team to any potential issues.
