iNOS Antibody (46-5920-82) in Flow

Mouse thioglycolate-elicited peritoneal exudate cells were unstimulated (left) or stimulated overnight with LPS (right) then surface stained with Anti-Mouse F4/80 FITC (Product ## 11-4801). Cells were fixed and permeabilized using the Intracellular Fixation and Permeabilization Buffer Set (Product ## 88-8824) then intracellularly stained with 0.03 µg of Anti-Mouse NOS2 PerCP-eFluor® 710. Total viable cells, as determined by Fixable Viability Dye eFluor® 450 (Product ## 65-0863), were used for analysis.
