CellLight®-transduced A549 cells in Nunc™ glass-bottom dishes imaged on EVOS® FL Auto at 100X

A549 cells were seeded in Nunc™ Microwell 96-well optical bottom plates (Cat# 164588) and co-transduced with CellLight® Golgi-GFP and CellLight® Mitochondria-RFP reagents. After incubation overnight, cell nuclei were counter-stained with NucBlue® Live cell stain and imaged on an EVOS® FL Auto imaging system with a 100X S-Apo oil immersion objective.
