Treatment with CultureOne Supplement accelerates the maturation of neurons differentiated from hPSC-derived NSCs

Neuronal cell cultures differentiated with CultureOne™ Supplement had an increase in cytosolic calcium when depolarized with KCl at each concentration and day tested. The reduced cell densities of these cultures indicated that neurons differentiated with CultureOne Supplement had a significantly higher number of voltage-gated calcium ion channels, earlier in differentiation.
