Offer valid for end-user customers in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom who trade in a qualifying qPCR instrument. Determination of eligibility is at the sole discretion of Thermo Fisher Scientific. The amount of the discount will vary depending on the type of instrument customer trades in. The value of any outstanding/existing contract may be transferred to your new instrument, on a pro-rata basis, the value of which will be determined by Thermo Fisher in its sole discretion. Trade-ins and purchased instruments must be submitted on a one-to-one, trade-to-purchase basis to be considered eligible for the programme. Customer must request a trade-in at the time the order for the new instrument is placed. Trade-in instruments must be returned to Thermo Fisher Scientific within 30 days following installation of the new instrument. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs on the traded-in instrument. Where necessary, customer agrees to allow a field service representative to deinstall the instrument from their facility. Discount will apply to the list price in effect at the time the order is received by Thermo Fisher Scientific. Prior to return, customer will fully clean the customer’s trade-in unit and decontaminate it of radioactive, biological, toxic and other dangerous or hazardous materials or substances and, if requested by Thermo Fisher Scientific, customer agrees to complete and return a Certificate of Decontamination to Thermo Fisher Scientific. Thermo Fisher Scientific holds no liability or responsibility for any contractual obligations any customer may have with the original seller of the qPCR equipment. Also, the customer guarantees there are no liens or other obligations on the equipment being traded in. Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Please note that the value of the specific offer(s) the customer may receive from the manufacturer under this program can be considered as a gift or an advantage, and as a result pursuant to applicable local law, it could give rise to declaration, notification, publication or reporting. The customer also warrants it will comply with any local law relating to transparency, as the case may be.
