The Levey-Jennings report shows individual quality control (QC) results or the daily average for a chosen date range. This report is organized by assay and displays levels for the selected QC product. If user-defined targets are set, they will be used in this report for the mean and standard deviation (SD).
The Method Performance Report provides an assessment of the test system using the Six Sigma normalized method chart. The purpose of the report is to provide a simple overview of the instrument, reagent, and QC performance with reference to the bias and precision against the peer group and configured Total Allowable Error. Ideally, the %CV and %Bias plot should fall within the 6th Sigma limit, verifying a near perfect method. If the point is within 5 Sigma, the method is considered excellent, within the 4th it is good, within 3 Sigma it is marginal, and anything in 2 or 1 Sigma are considered poor or unacceptable. If the Sigma score is less than 2, the test system should be reviewed.
The Monthly Summary Report features a simplified box plot that compares your laboratory's mean and standard deviation (SD) with the test system's peer mean and SD over the past 12 months. It includes monthly summary statistics, facilitating intra-laboratory and inter-laboratory comparisons. This report also aids in assessing performance against the Test System Peer (TSP) range, visualizing trends, and evaluating lot performances. The data in this report displays up to seven numerical characters. A dash (-) indicates missing data.
