Desktop SEM with a durable electron source and exceptional image quality

Available in three configurations to take you from basic tasks to advanced analyses, Thermo Scientific Phenom G6 Desktop SEMs are fitted with cerium hexaboride (CeB6) thermionic electron sources. These durable electron sources provide exceptional image quality with improved resolution and contrast, lasting up to 30 times longer than traditional tungsten filaments. Unlike tungsten filaments, CeB6 sources degrade gradually rather than experiencing sudden failures, so you can plan replacements during regular maintenance.

Phenom Pure G6 Desktop SEM: Suited to basic applications

The Phenom Pure G6 Desktop SEM is a basic tabletop SEM suited for educational settings and standard research and development tasks. It’s a straightforward imaging solution with a focus on ease of use and affordability.
