Detection of hypoxic conditions in spheroids of MCF7 using Image-iT® Hypoxia Reagent
MCF-7 cells were grown on Nunc™ Sphera 100 mm plates for 7 days for formation of spheroids in complete medium. The spheroids were stained with 5 µM Image-iT® Hypoxia Probe (red) for 3 hr, and NucBlue® Live (blue) was used as nuclear counter stain. The images were taken on a confocal microscope.
