Cell cycle analysis with Hoechst 33342 Ready Flow Reagent
Jurkat cells, a cycling human T cell leukemia cell line, were stained by adding 2 drops/mL of Hoechst 33342 Ready Flow™ Reagent and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. Data was acquired on an Attune™ NxT Flow Cytometer using a 405 nm laser. Emission was collected using a 440/50 nm filter.
