To demonstrate multiplexing endogenous Histone H3[AcK9] (red) was labeled with Rabbit anti-Histone H3[AcK9] primary antibody (710293) (1 ug/ml) in U20S human osteocarcinoma cells and visualized using conjugates of Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody (0.4 ug/ml, 1:2500) : (top panel) Alexa Fluor® 555 conjugate (A27039), (middle panel) Alexa Fluor® 594 conjugate (A28175) and (bottom panel) Alexa Fluor® 647 conjugate (A27040).
