OLFR73 and OMP expression in fresh-frozen olfactory bulb

Mouse fresh-frozen olfactory bulb was stained with gene specific target probes to detect olfactory marker protein (OMP, green) and olfactory receptor (Oflr73, red) mRNA expression, and counterstained with DAPI (blue). The image was obtained using a 40X objective on Zeiss Axio imager and taken/composited with a Nuance FX multispectral imaging system.
