A2B5 Antibody (433110) in WB

Western blot analysis of A2B5 was performed using membrane enriched cell extracts and tissue lysates of SH-SY5Y (Lane 1), U-87 MG (Lane 2), RAW 264.7 (Lane 3), SK-N-AS (Lane 4), KARPAS 299 (Lane 5), NTERA-2 cl.D1 (Lane 6), Neuro-2a (Lane 7), Mouse brain (lane 8) and Rat Brain (Lane 9). The blots were probed with Anti- A2B5 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 433110, 2 µg/ml) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A28177, 0.4 µg/ml, 1:2500 dilution). A ~ 76 kDa band corresponding to A2B5 was observed across all cell lines and tissues tested. Known quantity of protein samples were electrophoresed using Novex® NuPAGE® 4-12 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0321BOX), XCell SureLock™ Electrophoresis System (Product # EI0002) and Novex® Sharp Pre-Stained Protein Standard (Product # LC5800). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane with iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The membrane was probed with the relevant primary and secondary Antibody following blocking with 5 % skimmed milk. Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
