Histogram of gated U2-OS cells expressing mCherry protein and labeled with mCherry Alexa Fluor® 647 Conjugate

Samples were acquired and analyzed using 635 nm excitation and 660/20 nm band pass emission filters on an Attune® Acoustic Focusing Cytometer. The histogram shows cells stained with mCherry Rat Monoclonal Ab Alexa Fluor® 647 Conjugate.
