RE: Welcome Nunc™, Nalgene™  online

As part of our commitment to provide you better service and more convenience, we are delighted to announce that starting on the 18th Feb 2019, Thermo Fisher Scientific™ cell culture consumables/plastics (Nunc™, Nalgene™) products and general lab consumables/plastics will be available through the Life Technologies Limited legal entity and will be enabled on our website thermofisher.com.

With this change, you will be able to combine orders for these Thermo Fisher Scientific products with your orders for Applied Biosystems™, Invitrogen™, Gibco™ and Ion Torrent™ products – online at thermofisher.com, as well as through email, fax and with our customer service representatives.

If you are a current Life Technologies Limited customer, beginning February 18th you may simply place your orders as you do today: online at thermofisher.com, via our Life Sciences Customer Care team or your sales representative. Your existing Life Technologies account and its terms and conditions apply.

If you are not currently a Life Technologies customer:

• Before February 18th, please set up Life Technologies Limited as a vendor in your systems. Visit our vendor setup page at thermofisher.com/vendorsetup to see the information needed.
• Share this letter with others in your organization who may transact with any of the current vendors.
• Become familiar with our terms and conditions. Your customer and contact data will be transferred according to the terms of our privacy policy. Visit thermofisher.com/termsandconditions for details.
• After February 18th, kindly ensure all purchase orders and payments reflect the appropriate legal entity.
