Multi-color, multi-day image analysis using the CellTracker™ Blue, Green, and Red dyes

Using the CellTracker® dyes, three different cell types were labeled. HeLa cells were labeled with CellTracker® Blue CMAC dye (C2110); A549 cells were labeled with CellTracker® Red CMTPX (C34552); and BPAE cells were labeled with CellTracker® Green CMFDA (C2925). After labeling, the three cell types were mixed and co-cultured. After three days of co-culture, images from the DAPI, FITC, and Texas Red® channels were obtained and overlaid.
