Live bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells (BPAEC) labeled with LysoTracker® Red and Hoechst 33342.

Live bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells (BPAEC) were labeled with LysoTracker® Red DND-99 (Cat. no. L7528), a BODIPY® derivative, and Hoechst 33342 (Cat. no. H1399, H3570, H21492). The cells were then imaged by fluorescence and differential interference contrast (DIC) microscopy.
