Invitrogen Tetramethylrhodamine (TRITC) is a bright orange-fluorescent dye with excitation well-suited to the 532 nm laser line. It is commonly conjugated to antibodies and proteins for cellular imaging applications. TRITC is extensively used to label protein conjugates such as phalloidins for cytoskeleton counterstaining or antibody conjugates for immunofluorescence. Rhodamine phalloidin is one of the most commonly used fluorescent phalloidin conjugates.
For brighter conjugates and greater photostability, we offer a Texas Red dye alternative—Alexa Fluor 555—as a reactive dye or conjugated to a variety of antibodies, peptides, proteins, tracers or amplification substrates.
A wide variety of TRITC products, including antibodies and bioconjugates, are available that have been optimized for cellular labeling and detection. In addition, we offer reactive dyes that allows you to generate your own antibody conjugates or probes.
