Western blot analysis was performed on Nuclear enriched extracts (30 ug lysate) of NIH/3T3 (Lane 1), NIH/3T3 treated with Anisomycin (25 µg/mL for 30mins) (Lane 2), HeLa (Lane 3) and HeLa treated with Anisomycin (25 µg/mL for 30mins) (Lane 4). The blots were probed with ABfinity?
