ELISA for binding activity of Delta-Like 4 (DLL4)
The activity of DLL4 was determined by its ability to bind with biotinylated mouse NOTCH1-his using ELISA. The binding of immobilized DLL4 (cat: 10171-H02H) at 10 µg/mL (100 µl/well) to biotinylated mouse NOTCH1-his Chimera is linear within a range of 0.02–0.4 mg/ml. The EC50 of biotinylated mouse NOTCH1-his is 40 mg/mL.
