The TMT11plex Yeast Digest Standard was used to assess MS instrument readiness on the precision of quantification of a housekeeping protein, ENO2. Protein abundance was scaled to the parental lines in Proteome Discover 2.2 software, with expected ratios of 1:1. A total of 500 ng of the Pierce TMT11plex Yeast Digest Standard was measured using a 50 min gradient on an UltiMate 3000 RSLCnano system with a synchronous precursor selection (SPS)-MS3 (SPS-MS3) method of the Orbitrap Fusion Lumos Tribrid Mass Spectrometer.
