How do I set up an approver for my orders?
This can be done in two different sections: My Account and Checkout.
1. Click on Account, then Approval Routing.
2. Search for the approver you want to add by email address by clicking on Route Orders to an Approver.
3. If the search yields no results, the approver is not a registered user. In that case, click on Add a New Approver and complete the information requested.
4. All subsequent orders will be sent to the approver you designated, unless the approver sets a minimum amount for orders that don’t require approval.
You also can add an approver during Checkout on the Shipping & Billing page.
