Adham Ahmed has over 15 years of experience in chromatography, specialising in particle development and functionality for small molecules applications. As Global Product Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, he oversees the Hypersil BDS, Hypersil Classical, Acclaim and Hypercarb HPLC column portfolio.
His experience across research & development, applications support, and product management has provided him with a broad understanding of chromatographic method development, laboratory workflows, and customer needs across a wide range of analytical applications.
Dr. Srinivasu Topalli

Dr. Topalli is a pharmaceutical analytical scientist with over 28 years of experience in Drug Substance, Drug Product, and NCE development. Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry (JNTU Hyderabad), M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry (Andhra University).
Previously at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Ranbaxy, Eisai, and Apotex — his expertise spans method development, validation, technology transfer, and regulatory compliance across USFDA, PMDA, EDQM, and ANVISA frameworks.
An active mentor and educator, he is committed to training the next generation of pharmaceutical scientists through scientific forums and industry capacity-building programs.
Dr. Sachin Pandey
Manager, Application Scientists - Chromatography & Mass Division I Thermo Fisher Scientific, India
Dr. Sachin Pandey is an Analytical Chromatographer who joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2015 and has more than 22 years of experience, post-PhD in the field of analytical techniques including Mass Spectrometry, HPLC, GPC-SEC, Sample prep, GC, etc. Currently he is working as a Manager- Application Scientists, also leading a Center of Excellence Lab with a team of application scientists responsible for development of analytical methods and trouble shootings for Pharma, Bio-Pharma, Chemical industries. Prior to joining this industry, he was working as a LC-MS Application Specialist & Group leader for bio-analytical & Clinical diagnostic research & development.
