KingFisher 기술 원리

KingFisher Purification System은 영구 자석봉과 일회용 팁 콤(comb)을 사용합니다. 자석봉(팁 콤 내부에 들어 있음)이 용액으로 내려오면, 마그네틱 비드가 팁 콤 하단에 모입니다. 그리고 나서 팁 콤을 다른 행이나 플레이트에 놓고, 자석봉을 팁 콤 밖으로 이동하여 비드를 배출합니다. 또한, 팁 콤은 위 아래로 움직여 비드와 시약 혼합을 수월하게 해줍니다.
