For online or offline orders, the Order Lookup Tool lets you track your order status and check on shipments through delivery with your PO number or sales order number. You can also access dispatch notes and obtain proof of delivery to see when the package arrived and who signed for it.
Access the Order lookup tool now
Select 'Order Status' at the top right of the website or visit thermofisher.com/orderlookup. Enter your PO number or sales order number by selecting the top radio button. Then, input the shipping postal code/zip code and click 'View Order Details’. For PO numbers with multiple orders assigned, you may need to specify an order date range to obtain status for the correct order.
View the most up-to-date availability information for each product in your order and access the dispatch notes and proof of delivery.
Click 'Track Shipments' to view the expected arrival date(s) and access the shipment tracking details for that order, including the number of items and products in each shipment. Select 'Sign up for delivery' notifications to receive SMS texts and include up to three additional recipients.
Logging into your thermofisher.com account will provide your complete order information and order history.

For most regions, our transactional emails now include a more accurate Estimated Shipping Date, so you can confidently plan your work. We're taking meaningful steps to provide you with a reliable estimate, and if the Estimated Shipping Date changes, you’ll see both the previous and new dates clearly labeled—making it easy to track updates.
Tip: Click View Order Status button to instantly access your order’s most recent status and shipment tracking.
You’ll now see a clear Estimated Delivery Date in your order confirmation email for eligible products and regions.
This date is calculated using real-time logistics data and improved forecasting models, giving you greater visibility of when to expect your items.

The Order acknowledgment to let you know your order has been received and is being processed.
If any item is cancelled, you’ll automatically get a Cancellation confirmation email. It clearly identifies the affected product and reassures you that the rest of your order is still on track.
