Compatible with the Gibco ExpiCHO Cell Expression System
Using the ExpiCHO and Expi293 expression systems, cells were transfected with Positive Control Rabbit IgG plasmid that was purified using the PureLink Expi Endotoxin-Free Megaprep Plasmid Purification Kit or Qiagen's EndoFree Mega Kit. For the ExpiCHO system, antibody titer was measured using the Maxi Titer Protocol.
