Indirect ELISA analysis of Angptl4 ABfinity™ Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody – Purified

Indirect ELISA was performed to detect Angptl4 conjugated peptide coated onto the plate. Various dilutions of Angptl4 ABfinity™ Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Cat. No.701155) was used followed by secondary antibody Goat anti Rabbit HRP. A non-linear regression analysis was performed (4 PL) and LOD and LOQ for the antibody was determined.
