NPY, APOE, and Fezf2 expression in mouse brain fresh frozen tissue

Mouse fresh-frozen brain tissue was stained with gene specific target probes to detect neuropeptide Y (NPY, green), apolipoprotein E (APOE, red), and FEZ family zinc finger 2 (Fezf2, cyan) mRNA expression, and counterstained with DAPI (blue). The image was obtained using a 40X objective on Zeiss Axio imager and taken/composited with a Nuance FX multispectral imaging system.
