Higher fed-batch titers with Dynamis™ medium & EfficientFeed™ C+

A DG44 IgG-producing cell line was grown in fed-batch culture in Dynamis™ medium with EfficientFeed™ C+ supplement according to our recommendations and other media and feeds according to their manufacturer's recommendations following sequential adaptation of the cells to each base medium. Day 14 results are shown demonstrating that the highest titers were achieved using Dynamis™ medium in fed-batch.
