Overcoming Challenges in VOC Analysis with Updated Technology

Maximizing Return for Routine Environmental Analysis: Part 2

Challenges in VOC analysis can affect the consistency and accuracy of sample analysis data. The impact of bad data can have a huge impact on sample analysis costs.  Are you interested in how updated instrumentation features that can overcome these common challenges, help meet new regulatory requirements and improve productivity?

In this webcast we will:

  • Review recent or proposed regulatory updates for volatile monitoring
  • Explore the potential benefits of new technology for volatile monitoring, including tools to improve lab productivity and efficiency
  • Review common challenges in SVOC monitoring and strategies to overcome them

When you register you will also receive:

Webinar executive summary

Webinar executive summary

This manuscript discuss how labs can transform the challenges of regulatory updates into opportunities to improve lab capabilities for semivolatile (SVOC) analysis. Specific upcoming updates to EPA SVOC regulatory methods, strategies for overcoming these challenges, and a collection of SVOC workflow based solutions were all discussed.

Evolving with Changes in Environmental Analysis ebook

Evolving with Changes in Environmental Analysis ebook

The ebook contains the two executive summaries for VOC and SVOC analysis from regulations to strategies and workflows. The end of the ebook features the interview with Dr. Shen-yi Yang, RCRA Organic Methods Program Manager and RCRA Methods Team Lead with the US EPA. The interview focuses on the SW-846 method changes for sampling and analyzing solid waste over time as new information, analytical technologies, and data are developed and made available.
