Dynabeads™ Rat anti-Mouse IgM binds mouse IgM of your choice for specific cell isolation or depletion. All cells from all species except from mouse can be isolated with this product, depending only on the specific antibody of choice.

• Depletion: cells can be depleted from a sample
• Positive isolation: cells can be positively isolated from a sample for molecular applications
• Negative isolation: cells can be negatively isolated from a PBMC sample by adding an antibody cocktail of mouse IgMs towards the unwanted cells. Compatible with flow cytometry.

Starting samples:
Whole blood, PBMC, buffy coat., tissue digests.
