Invitrogen dATP is prepared to a final concentration of 10 mM in 0.9 mM Tris-HCl at pH 7.5. 10 mM dATP is suitable for use in a wide variety of molecular biology applications including: polymerase chain reaction (PCR), sequencing, fill-in reactions, nick translation, cDNA synthesis, and TdT-tailing reactions.

Invitrogen dNTP nucleotides are manufactured in Class D clean rooms under ISO 9001 standards and supplied in a convenient, ready-to-use format
