As specified in U.S. EPA Method 314.1, determine trace perchlorate in drinking water and high-ionic-strength water using the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ IonPac™ Cryptand C1 Concentrator Column. This adjustable-capacity column contains a macroporous, 17.5μm resin grafted with the macrocyclic 2,2,2 cryptand compound. The column's functional capacity depends on eluent concentration and the type of cation bound within the cryptand molecule. The adjustable capacity makes the Dionex IonPac Cryptand C1 column a powerful tool for determining trace perchlorate in drinking water and high-ionic-strength water. It can be used with a pressurized bottle, syringes, Dionex Autosamplers and a single-piston sample delivery pump for sample loading.
