The kit's syringe pump and six-port valve is designed for the Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ICS-5000+/ICS-6000 DP Dual Pump, or the Dionex ICS-5000+/ICS-6000 SP Single Pump system and a Dionex Carbohydrate Removal Cartridge. Installation requires modification of the Dionex AAA-Direct system to connect the syringe pump to the autosampler, and redirect the pump and Dionex™ AminoPac PA™ 10 to the six-port switching valve.
