The set includes five calibrators (including negative), which establish a standard curve that correlates the instrument signals with the calibrators' respective concentrations in ng/mL. This allows for semi-quantitative measurements. Two controls, one above and one below the cutoff (20ng/mL), validate the calibration curve. The cutoff calibrator provides a reference point for qualitative detection of positive or negative results.
