TrackIt™ 50 bp DNA Ladder

TrackIt™ 50bp DNA Ladder consists of 16 blunt-ended fragments at 50bp increments and is suitable for sizing double-stranded DNA from 50 to 800bp. This ladder can be stained with SYBR™ Safe, ethidium bromide and other nucleic acid stains or radiolabeled using T4 polynucleotide kinase or T4 DNA polymerase. For easy reference on agarose gels, the 350bp band is two- to three-times brighter than the other bands in the ladder. Compatible with agarose and E-Gel™ gels.

Product use

The double-stranded DNA ladder can be visualized on 2% agarose gels after ethidium bromide or SYBR Safe staining. The ladder is designed with a uniform intensity of DNA bands for a clear view of each band. An exact amount of DNA in each band allows approximate quantification of DNA samples.
