SuperScript V VILO Master Mix with gDNA Removal allows streamlined genomic DNA removal step. The dsDNA-specific ezDNase enzyme removes contaminating genomic DNA in as little as 2 minutes without affecting RNA, further simplifying the two-step RT-qPCR workflow.
A DTT-free, animal origin-free formulation combined with reduced cold chain requirements further simplifies reagent handling and supports more sustainable workflows.
