Thermo Scientific™ Nalgene™ hochbelastbare Vakuum-Ballonflaschen aus Polypropylen sind als Vakuumfallen nutzbar, halten ein volles Vakuum bis zu acht Stunden und eignen sich für die extremsten Betriebsbedingungen. Die Flaschen sind aus dickwandigem, naturfarbenem Polypropylen für zusätzliche Festigkeit hergestellt und werden mit einem weißen 83B-PP-Verschluss mit einer Dichtung aus TPE (thermoplastischem Elastomer) geliefert. Die Flaschen können an kundenspezifische Anforderungen für Flüssigkeitstransfers angepasst werden. Sie passen perfekt zu einer Vielzahl optionaler 83B-Verschlüsse mit Schlauchanschlüssen (wie z. B. Nalgene™ Top Works™, Nalgene™ Befüll-/Belüftungsverschlüsse) und maßgeschneiderten Schlauchkits.

Mit PP-Schraubverschluss und TPE-Dichtung. Für höchste Beanspruchung. Für Vakuum ausgelegte Ballonflaschen. Extra dicke Wände geben dieser Ballonflasche aus Polypropylen zusätzliche Stärke. Verwendbar als Vakuumflasche, die volles Vakuum bis zu 8 Stunden hält. Ideal für Abfallaufbewahrung und automatische Unterdruck-Auffangsysteme. Wirtschaftliche Alternative zu Edelstahl und glasfaserverstärkten Behältern. Der Kunststoff ist geeignet zur Verwendung mit Lebensmitteln, biologisch getestet auf Einhaltung der US-Vorschriften USP Klasse VI, und nicht cytotoxisch. Die Ballonflaschen sind nicht zur Verwendung mit Überdruck ausgelegt. Autoklavierbar. Auslaufsicher.

What is the vacuum rating for Nalgene Heavy-Duty PPCO Vacuum Bottles with Closure?

These bottles can hold full vacuum for up to 24 hrs at 20 degrees C.

How strong are the handles of your Nalgene polypropylene carboys and how do you test the strength of the handles?

Nalgene polypropylene carboys are safe to lift by the handles when full, as they are capable of supporting at least double their intended weight on a single handle.
To test the strength of the carboy handles, carboys are suspended through a single handle on the carboy body. 10 L, 20 L, and 50 L carboys are tested by filling the container with steel ballast pellets to a weight in excess of double the weight of the carboy filled to nominal capacity with water.

I need a container with a positive pressure rating. Do you have anything suitable for this?

Unfortunately, none of our containers were designed or tested for applications involving positive pressure. Some of our customers do choose to carry out their own performance validations, but this must be done at the customer‘s own risk. We do offer selected bottles and carboys (2126 and 2226 series) that are vacuum rated for use at room temperature (to full “rough” vacuum, about 28-29 in. Hg).
