2'-MOE-G CEP is a phosphoramidite containing 5' DMT and the nucleoside guanosine (G) with 2'-O-methoxy-ethyl (MOE) protection, for use in oligonucleotide synthesis. Located in the ideal oligo position, 2'-O-methoxy-ethyl (MOE) modifications display nuclease resistance, fewer off-target effects, and slightly increased hybridization affinities. These phosphoramidites are commonly used for oligos designed for antisense, siRNA, aptamer, or gRNA-based research.
