Use these Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ CarboPac™ PA200 IC Columns for Dual EGC Mode to obtain predictable, high-resolution, gradient separation of complex carbohydrates such as oligosaccharides when operating in Dual EGC mode on Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ICS-6000 HPIC™ systems equipped with Thermo Scientific™ Chromeleon™ CDS software. Dual eluent generator cartridge (EGC) mode enables electrolytic generation of potassium hydroxide/methanesulfonic acid (KOH/MSA) gradient eluent for complex carbohydrate analysis using a Dionex EGC 400 KOH Eluent Generator Cartridge and a Dionex EGC 400 MSA Eluent Generator Cartridge in series with each other to provide the extremely reproducible gradient eluent you need for complex carbohydrate analysis.

Combined with pulsed amperometric detection (PAD), this anion-exchange column provides fast, reproducible separations with no need for derivatization. The 1mm (standard/microbore) and 0.4mm (capillary) Dionex CarboPac PA200 IC columns for Dual EGC contain the same resin as the proven 3mm Dionex CarboPac PA200 IC columns, which are used for non-Dual EGC carbohydrate analyses. All Dionex CarboPac PA200 columns provide high-efficiency, fast, pH-stable separation of oligosaccharides based on size, charge, degree of branching, and linkage isomerism.
