Use these Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ CarboPac™ PA200 IC Columns for Dual EGC Mode to obtain predictable, high-resolution, gradient separation of complex carbohydrates such as oligosaccharides when operating in Dual EGC mode on Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ICS-6000 HPIC™ systems equipped with Thermo Scientific™ Chromeleon™ CDS software. Dual eluent generator cartridge (EGC) mode enables electrolytic generation of potassium hydroxide/methanesulfonic acid (KOH/MSA) gradient eluent for complex carbohydrate analysis using a Dionex EGC 400 KOH Eluent Generator Cartridge and a Dionex EGC 400 MSA Eluent Generator Cartridge in series with each other to provide the extremely reproducible gradient eluent you need for complex carbohydrate analysis.

The 1mm (standard/microbore) and 0.4mm (capillary) Dionex CarboPac PA200 IC columns for Dual EGC contain the same resin as the proven 3mm Dionex CarboPac PA200 IC columns, which are used for non-Dual EGC carbohydrate analyses. All Dionex CarboPac PA200 columns provide high-efficiency, fast, pH-stable separation of oligosaccharides based on size, charge, degree of branching, and linkage isomerism.
