Gibco™ Chromosome Medium 1A is a complete medium for the culture of lymphocytes isolated from bone marrow for cytogenetic studies. Lymphocytes from peripheral blood can also be cultured in Gibco™ Chromosome Medium 1A, with the addition of phytohemagglutinin (PHA). The complete formulation is available.
