  • If you want to submerge your cryotubes in the liquid phase of nitrogen, seal them first inside Nunc™ Cryoflex™ tubing to prevent liquid nitrogen from infiltrating the tube. Cryoflex™ tubing can used to crimp and heat shrink an impenetrable safety skin around the tube prior to submersion.
  • Nalgene™ CryoSleeves™ slide over any Nunc or Nalgene Cryocane and prevent tubes from falling out of the cryocane and into the bottom of the liquid nitrogen dewar. Nalgene™ CryoSleeves™ do not prevent infiltration of liquid nitrogen. Cryogenic tubes mounted in the cane must first be sealed inside Cryoflex™ tubing prior to applying the CryoSleeve™ if liquid phase submersion is required.
  • Nunc CryoTube™ miniboxes with a friction-fit lid are ideal for storing small quantities of samples and shipping.Made with durable, high-impact, polystyrene to protect samples.
