The dG(iBu) ABI LV40® columns employ the advantages of polystyrene and a low volume column design to deliver high-quality oligonucleotides, while saving time and money.

• Proprietary design and manufacturing methods ensure consistency and high quality
• Each column is tested to verify accuracy and precision of fill, then pressure-tested to verify proper assembly and to guarantee each column is leak-free
• Hydrophobic polystryrene columns sustain anhydrous environment to promote efficient coupling while minimizing nonspecific binding sites, yielding an efficient synthesis
• The 1,000 angstrom pore size of the polystyrene support allows synthesis of oligonucleotides of varying length

Compared to conventional columns, the ABI LV40® columns reduce cycle time by about 10% and the cost of synthesis by about 25%. These columns are fully compatible with the Applied Biosystems 3400 instruments, ABI 391, ABI 392, ABI 394, and earlier instruments.
