The SOLiD™ Fragment Library Barcoding Kit Module 33-48 provides the third set of 16 unique barcode sequences. The kit includes 16 individually synthesized P2 adapters with sufficient quantities of each specific sequence to label 8 µg of input genomic DNA, P1 adapter, and PCR Primer 1 and 2. When used in combination with the SOLiD™ Fragment Library Construction Kit, the SOLiD™ Fragment Library Barcoding Kit Module 33-48 enables users to pool fragment libraries prior to emulsion PCR and then conduct multiplexed sequencing analysis.
