Ambion In Vivo siRNAs are non-toxic and non-immunogenic in vitro (peripheral blood nononuclear cells; PBMC) and in vivo (mouse). In cell-based assays, Ambion In Vivo siRNAs exhibit potency and specificity equivalent to Silencer Select siRNAs.
