SOLiD™ FWD2 SP Kit contains sequencing primers and bridge probes for mate-paired sequencing runs, as well as multiplex fragment and multiplex paired-end sequencing runs. These are used to prime (1) the R3 tag of mate-paired libraries or (2) the barcode tag of multiplexed libraries for ligation sequencing in the forward direction.

The SOLiD™ Sequencing Primer (SP) Kits contain sequencing primers and other reagents needed for ligation sequencing on the 5500⁄5500xl Genetic Analyzer. The SOLiD™ FRD2 SP kit includes:
• one strip tube containing specific sequencing primers and bridge probes
• one SOLiD™ Sequencing QC strip tube
• four strip tubes of SOLiD™ Mixing Tubes

This kit contains sufficient primers to run 12 lanes.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
