Use the 5500 SOLiD™ Fragment Library Standard Adaptor Kit with the 5500 SOLiD™ Fragment Library Core Kit (4464412) if preparing libraries manually, or use with the Library Builder™ Fragment Core Kit for 5500 SOLiD™ if preparing libraries on the Library Builder™ instrument.
