Description

The Applied Biosystems® QuantStudio™ 3D Digital PCR Master Mix is optimized for use with isolated DNA or cDNA, TaqMan® assays, and the QuantStudio™ 3D Digital PCR Chip. It is specifically formulated with all reagents required to help ensure robust PCR amplification of single copy templates. When combined with the QuantStudio™ 3D Digital PCR instrument, chips, software, and associated reagents, QuantStudio™ 3D Digital PCR MasterMix is designed to deliver accurate, sensitive, and precise digital PCR data.

QuantStudio™ 3D Digital PCR Master Mix is available in 1.5 mL (adequate for 96 chips) or 5.0 mL (adequate for 384 chips) sizes.
